Welcome to Caroline Farah Lembck’s Official Website
I’m Caroline Farah Lembck, Founder & CEO of LemVega Capital, one of Puerto Rico’s leading investment firms. At just 25 years old, I’ve built a multi-entity financial institution from the ground up—spanning hedge funds, venture capital, private equity, real estate, and securities—operating under the SEC’s Exempt Reporting Adviser framework with Rule 506(c) offerings, and leveraging Puerto Rico’s Act 60 incentives to scale globally.
My journey has been anything but conventional. I graduated from college at 19, earned my MBA at 20, and began my PhD in organizational development shortly after, all while working full-time. I didn’t come from wealth or privilege—I worked three jobs in school, took night classes, and sacrificed weekends and vacations to get ahead. By the time I turned 22, I made the bold decision to move to Puerto Rico on my own, with no safety net, to establish LemVega Capital. That risk turned into one of the most defining moves of my career.
Today, I oversee a structure designed to be unshakable: a diversified firm with multiple funds, co-GP partnerships, and expanding global offices in Philadelphia, London, and Abu Dhabi. My vision is simple yet ambitious—to grow LemVega into a billion-dollar financial institution, a home for capital allocators and institutional partners worldwide, while continuing to innovate across industries.
I’ve been recognized on Nasdaq, Yahoo Finance, Fox Interviewer’s 30 Under 30, and Marquis Who’s Who, highlighting my leadership as one of the youngest women in the U.S. building an international financial institution. My early career included working at Genmab, a global biotech company, but I quickly realized my calling wasn’t to follow a corporate path—it was to create my own.
Beyond the numbers, I represent resilience, independence, and discipline. I wake up every day committed to proving that age and background are not barriers to excellence. My story is about turning rejection into momentum, skepticism into belief, and building a firm that stands for strength, vision, and growth.
The road here wasn’t easy. I’ve faced reverse ageism, skepticism, and even open disrespect from people who underestimated me because of my age, ambition, or appearance. But instead of letting it hold me back, I used it as fuel. At 25, I’m not just running funds—I’m building a global powerhouse that will define the future of finance.
