In this article I will be discussing transformational leadership within organization development. This is box-breaking research because it takes the idea of leadership to a new level. Interesting and box-breaking research focuses on shifting the current landscape of what is written in a certain field, such as OD. This innovative type of research looks to answer unique questions to be creative and influential. We will always need leaders, no matter whether it is in politics, business, medicine, armed forces, government, academic institutions or in OD.
